For planning purpose we differentiate at Damstra Laboratory between the high current testing in the Short-circuit Lab and for other test in the General Test Area. In both areas a team of 5 engineers, led by a test coordinator, is responsible for the planning, set up, execution and reporting of the customer specific tests, validations and results.  Within these teams the  Engineers have their specialism regarding standards, equipment and tests. In order to maximize the flexibility, Engineers are continuous trained according to a skills matrix in order to extend their competency and capability.

Damstra Laboratory is situated on the premisis of Eaton Industries (Netherlands) B.V. Access to the Laboratory is limited to Laboratory employees, to guarantee the confidentiality. Deliveries can be shipped directly to the laboratory and will be offloaded under the supervision of Laboratory personnel.
